Rachel is a growth strategist with a track record of scaling marketplace and SaaS companies. As CEO of Virtual Field, she led the transformation of visual field testing through a platform adopted by thousands of eye care providers. Her leadership helps businesses scale. Rachel brings deep expertise in sales strategy, go-to-market alignment, and customer success. She has held leadership roles at Bulletin, Business.com, and Right Networks, and is passionate about launching category-defining products and making healthcare more accessible.
Director, Glaucoma Division, NYU Langone
Joseph F. Panarelli, MD, is a board certified ophthalmologist and director of the Glaucoma division at NYU Langone Health. He specializes in the treatment of glaucoma in both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Panarelli's research interests stem from his passion for innovative surgical approaches and primarily include development of surgical devices and techniques. He is also actively involved in graduate medical education and has a passion for teaching residents and fellows on the glaucoma service.
Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai
Cindy is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as well as an advisor at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice based in Manhattan, New York. She is an expert on the phenomenology of anxiety disorders and major depression. She has co-led research on the biomarkers of PTSD, focusing on the exposure experience of World Trade Center (WTC) first responders in addition to brain imaging studies of panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. Cindy is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, former member of the Board and Secretary. She was awarded the Member of Distinction and was the conference co-chair for 2021. Cindy has a private practice in New York City and White Plains, NY, specializing in CBT and mentors/supervises medical students, psychiatry residents, psychology trainees and peers.
